State University I am a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry/Biophysics and Director of the OSU STEM Leaders Program. Download my CV HERE. Indira Rajagopal and I co-authored three popular books. The first a biochemistry book for students at all levels called "Biochemistry Free For All". It can be downloaded in a PDF format HERE and in an iBooks format (for iPads and Macs) HERE. The second is a basic biochemistry book titled "Biochemistry Free and Easy," that can be downloaded for free HERE and the third is a book for pre-medical students entitled "Kevin and Indira's Guide to Getting Into Medical School." It can be downloaded for free HERE or a printed version can be purchased HERE. I also create the Metabolic Melodies and Mildly Popular Limericks. The "My Many Merry Melodies" book can be purchased HERE or downloaded for free HERE. "Kevin Ahern's 1001 Punniest Limericks" book can be purchased HERE or HERE. I was very honored to be recognized twice as a semi-finalist for the 2016 and the 2018 Robert Foster Cherry Award for Great Teaching by Baylor University. Read more about it HERE and HERE. I have also made a set of lecture videos for Lecturio aimed at medical students. You can see them HERE
